We wanted to be close to the work — and close to the people we work with. So we put the bar, the lab, and production under one roof, with a glass front facing the street. We drink what we make, and we don't work with anything we don't believe in. What's next? An ice factory, a bottling line, and a venue with international ambition — all in the same place, all visible from the street.
